A Fedex arrived for us today, containing a neatly bound volume, several loose forms flagged with "Sign Here" post-its, and all of my hastily-assembled Goodwill receipts and suchlike neatly packed into an envelope and returned to me in far better order than when I submitted them. Yeehaw -- it's tax refund time!
I love my tax accountant. I'm cheap about a lot of things, but top-flight numbercrunching is one thing for which I gladly pay full price. She's worth her weight in gold. (I should send her a bottle of wine at least. A noncheap one.)
This is one of my key success metrics, I think: for someone to feel like this about the work I do.
