I just want to say that my UCH section is full of gunners. When I asked someone what she's up to this weekend, she responded, "A few of us are getting together to start organizing our notes and outlining." It's the first week for crying out loud! I can count on one hand how many rules we've gone through... anyways, my first act for this 3-day weekend: bought an X-Box... then proceeded to play it and watch Lord of the Rings: Two Towers... later this weekend, football and a picnic on labor day...

I think it's just my section at UCH. They all seem to be stressed out and studying like mad already.

stress right before the start of the first year of classes? pah. i was busy getting married; i cracked my contracts book for tuesday's class just this morning. no worries. everything will work out; the alternative is unacceptable.

Well, I'm certainly not one of those uber-chill 1Ls. I'm just a tad concerned that my brain is not kicking in to high gear like it needs to; so I've decided to blame it on the fact that I'm eight years out of undergrad, and the frontal lobes just aren't working like they used to. But I'm glad to have found your site (through Bag and Baggage) - hopefully your 2L adventures will give me the push I need!
